Our fleet of pant machinery and equipment available for hire at Mole Valley is all new and from recognised brands including Bobcat and MECALAC so you can trust their reliability. Our fleet comprises compact machinery, including mini-diggers, excavators and skip-dumpers, but this doesn’t mean they compromise on performance. Strong and powerful, but small enough for use in gardens or more confined spaces, our plant hire equipment is the perfect solution. We also have access equipment for hire if your project requires you to work at height.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I require insurance?

Yes, we need a valid Hired in Plant certificate with a reasonable cover amount. If you have no plant insurance, you can arrange this yourself through Hireshield.co.uk using our login details. Please message or call us for the Login details.

Will I need to sign any documents?
All our equipment is hired out under CPA terms and conditions which can be found on our website.
Do I need to put fuel in the machine?
All our equipment will be dropped ready to work, full of fuel. We require you to ensure the machine does not run out during use and return full of fuel. We will charge to refill the machines at the end of the hire period.
Can I have a trade account?
If you are interested in getting a trade account with us please send us a message or call for further details.

Will I need to pay a deposit?
New customers will need to pay a small deposit when booking to ensure we hold the relevant equipment for those dates. The deposit will be taken of the final hire charge.
I need advice on which machines to rent?
We are happy to help discuss your needs to offer you great advice on which machines to rent. We are a hands-on company with plenty of experience so we should be able to offer you the best machine for the job.
Will you show me how the machine operates?
All our equipment will be delivered with the manufacturer’s instruction manual for you to reference. Once unloaded, we are more than happy to run through the controls and make sure you are confident using the equipment.
How do you deliver to machines?
We use a pick-up truck and plant trailer for our deliveries. This allows us to get down smaller roads than using a lorry.
When do you drop/ collect the machines?
We will drop and collect the machines to best suit your needs. Generally, for one day’s hire, the machine will be dropped to the site between 7.30AM – 9AM and collected between 4PM- 5PM. We are very flexible, so if you require different collection/delivery times please let us know at the time of booking.
How can we pay you?
Our ideal payment method is Via Bank Transfer BACS, Cheque or Cash.
Will I be charged for damages?
Damage through miss use, large scratches or dents, or lack of fuel will be charged to the customer. We understand this is work equipment so fair wear and tear will not be charged.
